What Nonprofits Need to Know About the New IRS Form 990

At the end of 2007, the IRS released a revised Form 990. This session will walk participants through the changes and engage them in a discussion about how to ensure that our organizations are communicating as effectively as possible through this public document. As part of the session, participants will receive a CD with all of the policies they will need to have in effect in order to facilitate compliance with the new form 990. These will include Whistleblower Policy, Documentation Retention Policy and Conflict of Interest Policy.
